To drill a tooth just left click while the tool is on top of it. For each non-rotten tooth you drill, you receive points. The points may vary depending where the tooth was drilled. 100 points for drilling right next to a rotten tooth, so be careful and don’t drill next to that one. 50 points if you are drilling two teeth away, and 25 points if you’re drilling 3 teeth away from the rotten one.
It will be hard to win this game, so get used to the dramatic end, and be ready to try again.
